Josie wins a drum competition 2023!
On March 16, 2023 thirty drummers sent in their 30 second video clips to be viewed by Loud and Clear Music's Neville Hormuz and Sara Davis, along with Mike Fasano from Tiger Army, Mike Vanderhule from Y&T, and Aaron Haggerty from Kool and the Gang. The Drummer Showcase was livestreamed and the judges discussed each video. At the end they picked Josie as one of the top two drummers that were recognized and awarded a DW Bass Drum Pedal along with a drum lesson with Mike Vanderhule! Here is a link to the recorded event! Martha Quinn interviews The Electricfiers!
Martha Quinn of 103.7 80s+ iHeartRadio and former MTV VJ interviewed "rockstar kids" Josie and Jonathan along with Dad, Nathan. The Electricfiers is a family band from SF Bay Area. Their first original song, Covid-19 So Now You Know was described by Martha as "the song for the generation."
